The Marshall MG101CFX100W may have a long name, but it also has a long list of features. It is a 100 Watt amp, and features the beautiful carbon clad fiber look and feel. It features the critically acclaimed Marshall analogue tone, and includes a large complement of digital effects. Among those effects are, reverb, delay, phaser, flanger, vibe and octave, so you will not lack any inspiration in the effect department. This will help inspire you to try out new tones for months and months to come. The digital reverb includes both spring reverb and studio. Weight wise it is about 44 lb (20 kg. )

In has three storable channels: Clean, crunch and two overdrive (OD 1 and OD 2)

Pros

Although a $500 amp is pricy to some people, this amp is worth it. Especially if you are after the classic or even heavier rock sound. You van definitely also play blues with this amp. It works wonders if you are going for a Gary Moore, or Warren Haynes type of tone in your blues playing.

Cons

To be honest, there are not really any significant cons with the Marshall. The only thing I can think of is whether or not you like the Marshall tone. Just like some people do not like, or prefer Gibson Les Paul guitars to Fender Stratocasters, it is often a matter of taste and what people like to hear.

However, the Marshall is a quality amp, and one that I would highly recommend.
